In order to be able to send you the newsletter, we process the personal data you have provided (first name, last name, e-mail address, telephone number, company affiliation) as well as information about the reading behavior of the newsletter sent. We process this data on the basis of your consent pursuant to Art 6 para 1 lit a DSGVO.

VIII. Web analytics

We use the web analysis software GoatCounter, through which we are presented with an analysis of the accesses to our website. The analysis by GoatCounter is based on largely anonymized data; it is very difficult to identify a person on the basis of this data. GoatCounter stores data on session identification (for up to 8 hours), referrer information, browser type (via user agent header), screen size, country and region (for visitors from China, Russia and the USA) and user language in combination with the pages visited. Links pointing to triply.at may contain information about advertising campaigns that we use to measure and improve the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns.

IX. Third party services

  1. Email Delivery Services

    We use the Mailgun email delivery service from Mailgun Technologies Inc, 112 E Pecan St #1135, San Antonio, TX 78205, USA, to ensure that emails we send reach our customers safely. With the help of Mailgun, we can ensure that our e-mails are not unintentionally marked as spam by our customers' mail service providers and automatically deleted. E-mail addresses entered on our website, in combination with the content of the sent e-mails, are passed on to Mailgun for this purpose. The content of the emails is not stored by Mailgun, while information about the recipients is stored in order to compile statistics about the delivery of the emails and thus help us improve our service.     Mailgun also processes data outside the European Union and the EEA, such as, in particular, in the USA. Due to this, we use standard contractual clauses in our business relationship with Mailgun, which are intended to ensure that your data is processed in accordance with European data protection standards.     (b) Customer Relationship Management Software

    We use HubSpot, a customer relationship management software from HubSpot Inc, 25 First Street, Cambridge, MA 02141, USA, to keep our interactions with customers structured. In addition to storing customer contact information, we use HubSpot to automate email traffic and allow customers to easily book meeting timeslots, among other things. X. Storage period 

We naturally also follow the principle of storage limitation. This means that we generally only store your personal data for as long as is necessary for the purposes stated under point II or due to legal requirements. In addition, we store your personal data within the scope of our legal retention obligations. Subsequently, your data will be deleted immediately and without request. 

XI. Your rights 

You have the right to information, correction, deletion, objection and restriction of the processing of your stored data as well as a right to data portability in accordance with Art 15 ff DSGVO.
