Places I've been, some of which I frequent more so than not.
- El Tarasco, Los Angeles worked through breakfast, biked out for an early lunch. that's what's really going on.
- The Cow's End Cafe, Venice doing work over an ice blended green chai tea latte and this free wifi signal. go figure, huh.
- East Wind, Marina Del Rey thai sausage salad and the chicken on fire entree. snoogins.
- Bikram Yoga College Of India, Los Angeles boi-yak-a-sha!
- SUGARFISH by sushi nozawa, Marina Del Rey water, iced green tea, the nozawa (w scallops today).

- Ralphs, Marina del Rey groceries for the next couple of days / competing w @chiropractic for mayor ;)
- Wacky Wok, Venice kung pao (chicken)! hold the rice, please.
- Shershah Exotic Cuisine of India, Marina Del Rey they got that coconut chicken special out w today's lunch buffet - it's baller.
- The Cow's End Cafe, Venice ice blended espresso chai..
- Floyd's 99 Barbershop, Venice looking across the street (at baby blues bbq) as i wait to get lined up. hrmm.
- Allan's Aquarium, Venice cuz these dogs gotta eat (good) too.
- Cafe Brasil, Los Angeles lunch time session w the folks, @rstevenwilliams, ron from @worldstar & vinnie from @Selebsllc. word.
- Bardot, Hollywood from cafe brasil lunch sessions to bardo jam sessions, (sometimes) that's just how scotty doo.
- Cafe Buna, Los Angeles back for that pirates chai and chose the denver omelette w cheddar cheese for biting at.
- Il Fornaio, Beverly Hills 3pm meeting: you know, foods with talk of (health and wellness product) shop. did that.
- El Tarasco, Los Angeles put some hot sauce on my burrito, baby.
- The Cow's End Cafe, Venice frozen toffee bar to close things down in a proper way.
- the Sushi, Las Vegas homeboys' new-new las vegas sushi joint. get at them. definitely.
- Dunkin' Donuts, Las Vegas coffee.
